Siamo stati in questa struttura, abbiamo portato le nostre biciclette; il deposito grande e ben attrezzato. La cucina ottima come pure il personale gentile e competente subito e accessibile alla spiaggia, un’esperienza da ripetere. Appena possibile.

Pessima esperienza. Premesso che ho vissuto a Gabicce per 9 anni e conoscono l’ambiente degli albergatori, avendo fatto anche 2 stagioni in reception. Negli anni sono poi tornata per soggiornarci e ho provato diverse strutture, questa è l’unica ad oggi rivelatasi deludente. Nonostante l’esperienza a 4 hotel con Barbieri, le camere, sia quella assegnataci inizialmente che quella avuta dopo il cambio, sono vetuste, arredo anni 80, ci venivo da bambina e lo ricordo ancora bene, e poco luminose. Pulizia discreta ma il letto rifatto risultava con le lenzuola stropicciate e non rimesso in ordine come dovrebbe. Il contenitore per lo spazzolino del WC era senza il fondo, in poche paorole sgocciolava sul pavimento dopo averlo utilizzato. Ci hanno chiesto per il late check out di sole 2 ore 85€, neanche fosse un Hilton, dove peraltro abbiamo soggiornato a capodanno in Oman e ci hanno lasciato la camera mezza giornata in più a 20$. Unica nota positiva il garage/officina per storare le bici, davvero in ordine e accessoriato, e la colazione. Poca disponibilità dalla reception, per il cambio camera ho dovuto insistere più volte, e per il late check out dal costo veramente eccessivo per cui non c’è stata nessuna elasticità nel venirci incontro. Esperienza da NON RIPETERE

Nell'affollata Gabicce una bellissima spiaggia con grandi spazi e ombrelloni distanziati, è il bagno privato dell'hotel resort Marinella direttamente sul mare. Struttura accogliente e confortevole dotata di ottimi servizi, anche schermo in spiaggia, consente di pranzare sul lungomare per una vacanza ein plen air.

Hotel tranquillo in ottima posizione per accedere alla spiaggia. Colazione più che abbondante con una varia scelta di cibi e bevande. Pranzo e cena con menù buono a prezzo contenuto e con il resposabile (cameriere) della sala pranzo disponibile, gentile e simpatico e a volte con battute spassose che alliettavano la sala.

Ho prenotato per tre giorni in questo hotel , mi sono presentato prima trovandomi già a Gabicce per chiedere di avere un ombrellone in prima fila opzione negata in modo scortese nonostante avendo dato disponibilità a pagare eventuale supplemento. Ho deciso a causa di questo rifiuto a rinunciare al soggiorno avendo pagato anticipatamente metà importo. Ho richiesto almeno una parte della somma pagata ricevendo solo la possibilità di avere un voucher che non avrò modo di utilizzare visto in che modo trattano i clienti . Mi sento preso in giro perché dopo la mia richiesta di riavere una parte di denaro rimborsata e non con il voucher il posto in prima fila miracolosamente era disponibile. Non mi sembra corretto che a causa loro sia io a perderci ? Alla fine se avessero soddisfatto la mia richiesta non avrei cambiato hotel. Mio padre anni fa non era stato contento del trattamento maleducato , ma quanto pare sono rimasti i solito approfittatori . Vi sconsiglio di soggiornare in questa struttura

bella struttura proprio fronte mare, ma soprattutto con camere molto pulite, il bagno funzionale, grande ed anch'esso ben pulito. La colazione altro punto forte, molto varia (dolce/salato) e di qualità, il personale cordiale e disponibile. Siccome eravamo li per una granfondo di ciclismo abbiamo usufruito anche della fornitissima bike room per le bici.
