Hotel needs to replace the floor carpets with tiles immediately. It’s an elegant Hotel and the centre of the Old CBD area. Staff friendliness will bring more clients back.

It was my first time in Botswana and I stayed here. The hotel is central to several places and conveniently not too far from the airport. The place was clean and tidy, good food and friendly, helpful staff.

From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, and thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in their customer service; every request was handled with professionalism and care. I would highly recommend Cresta President Hotel to anyone visiting Botswana.

Got to Gaborone for the first time and found a bus that was labeled Creta. I hadnt booked a room but the driver told me he was sure I would find accommodation. I took a chance and it made my stay worth while. I was able to have my clients meet me there for most meetings and it is close to the basic necessities. The staff where great and service was exceptional
