I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. While I chose Avani for its reputation for quality, my experience was far below expectations. The rooms at the back of the property, particularly Room 320, are in urgent need of attention. The carpet had an unpleasant smell, which made the room feel uncomfortable. The safe was not functional, forcing me to carry my valuables everywhere—a significant inconvenience. Moreover, the shower was a frustrating experience. The water temperature controls were erratic, with the water fluctuating between extremely hot and cold, making it difficult to have a comfortable shower. I chose Avani expecting high standards of comfort and service, but these issues left me deeply disappointed. I urge the management to address these concerns promptly to ensure future guests have a better experience.
