Property rooms, facilities and restaurants are all very good. Only areas that were not ideal for me is having a safe place to go on walks (have to walk on a very busy road with little shoulder space. Overall a very nice place to stay

I am staying at the neighbouring hotel, lovely but average food. I walked over spontaneously tonight to have dinner here. It was absolutely delightful. Best food I have had so far in Italy. Wonderful staff, very tasty dishes, small and not to big. Really delicious. I can highly recommend

You are literally on the beach. It’s a gorgeous cove. Service is excellent. The food is good and delivered to you in a picnic box while you sit in your chaise lounge under your umbrella on the beach. This may be the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in in years. Highly recommend.

The location was fabulous. The staff at the reception desk was over the top. They truly cared about the overall guest experience. Always greeted with a smile. Very accommodating when requests made. I would like to make sure that management acknowledges the hard work of Francesca, Davide, Sebastiano, Monica and Stefania. The staff at the Summit Cafe where we had breakfast were as equally accommodating and always served you with a smile. The personnel at this hotel make it what it is. Very, very satisfied! Keep up the good work. The rooms were perfectly appointed. The renovations show and management should be proud of their accomplishment. The hotel is very inviting. We will return as soon as possible. Don't hesitate to book at this hotel.

Our first night in Italy was at the Summit Hotel and it was amazing. The staff were warm and welcoming, the sea view room was beautiful, the meals were delicious and a few hours at the beach was a wonderful way to start the trip. Thank you.

This is a absolutely beautiful location and a lovely hotel. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and the view was amazing. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi did not work at all in our room and was not reliable in other areas of the hotel (although it did work better in the lobby and restaurant cafe area). We had bad weather while we visited, so Wi-Fi was more important for us than perhaps it would have been if the weather was nicer. Also, no smart TV, so for English speakers there really is no TV of use.

Ho prenotato sul sito dell'hotel a 4 stelle una camera matrimoniale con balcone vista mare e servizio spiaggia incluso, definita "comfort" a ben 400 € al giorno con prima colazione. In effetti era "scomfort"! Mobili vecchi e arredo malandato, ma soprattutto un bagno improponibile. Piccolissimo, con una doccia senza piatto, chiusa con vecchie ante di plastica a libro, a pochi cm dal water! Dopo la doccia, il pavimento si riempie di acqua e sapone e aprendo le ante, si finisce di camminare nell'acqua. La tavoletta del water, di plastica scadente, era rotta e mi è stata poi cambiata con altra di pari qualità. L'unico aspetto positivo, riguardante il balconcino vista mare, si è rivelato un handicap perché affaccia (come tante altre camere) sul terrazzo della spiaggia, dove di sera consentono feste e schiamazzi di ragazzini fino a tardissima sera. Solo dopo ben 3 mie telefonate di reclamo alla reception, hanno fatto smettere il chiasso all'1,30 di notte. Sono stato cliente della struttura per oltre un ventennio, ma purtroppo è il secondo anno che mi trovo malissimo, pagando prezzi sempre più elevati con una accoglienza che non è assolutamente da hotel a 4 stelle, per dimensioni del bagno, arredo e decoro.

Una pubblicità ingannevole che mal si addice ad un Albergo che ambisce ad essere ...di prestigio. Ho prenotato un soggiorno, annullato dopo appena 1 ora e 5 minuti . Per l'Hotel Summit il tempo è stato superiore al limite per ottenere il rimborso totale della prenotazione e mi hanno applicato una penale del 30%. Peccato che sul sito c'era scritto che la cancellazione fosse gratuita. Non hanno avuto nemmeno il coraggio di chiamarmi . Un atteggiamento imbarazzante... pessima esperienza
