First before getting to the hotel, I was a bit worried because of the rating in the internet, but after reaching there my opinion changed completely. The property is huge and is situated just a bit outside of the Gafsa town and has literally nothing close to it. We had a suit room and the rooms are really big and spacious with a tinge of palatial interior. Our dinner was included and is served hot with the touch of Tunisia. Just to add one point, due to the present economic and political condition of Tunisia the tourism of the country is hit badly, so the services are effected as well, please keep that in mind.

Personale gentile ma purtroppo la struttura soprattutto per quel che riguarda corridoi e camere è fatiscente. L’ingresso dell’hotel è manifesto forse di antico splendore ma oggi le camere hanno necessità di una ristrutturazione totale. Allego le foto a testimonianza e aggiungo che molte luci non sono funzionanti nelle stanze (probabilmente più è buio e meno vi spaventerete). Le lenzuola dei letti sono dei teli usurati e piccoli rispetto ai materassi quindi troverete il letto, al di sotto del copriletto, simile ad una cuccia appena utilizzata. Nessun tappetino per la doccia ed 1 solo asciugamano ospiti per 2 persone. Cena e prima colazione decenti ma nulla di chè. Assaggiate e selezionate secondo i vostri gusti… Non lo consiglio, se potete rivolgetevi in altre località per il pernottamento. Se non potete fare diversamente….auguri :-)

Struttura bellissima ma completamente abbandonata e più che decadente. In camera non funziona quasi nulla e il livello della pulizia è intollerabile. Da evitare sicuramente. Mi hanno cambiato camera perché non era stata ripulita e quella successiva era peggio della precedente. La colazione era livello Caritas. Davvero inaccettabile.

En pause déjeuner lors d'une excursion dans le désert, bel hôtel pittoresque, entrée impressionnante, beau à l'extérieur, luxueux à l'intérieur. La restauration reste à améliorer, la mousse au chocolat tiède en dessert, c'est moyen pour un 5*.

Un palace magnifique à l'extérieur et à l'intérieur par contre la cuisine n'est pas au niveau et les boissons payantes lors des repas obligent à se balader avec de l'argent sur soi. De plus l'hôtel est un peu isolé dans une zone pas follichone, c'est dommage

2 nachten verbleven in dit hotel. Personeel vriendelijk maar het gebouw niet onderhouden, het moet nodig gerenoveerd worden. Prullenbak kapot, koelkastje vies, TV werkte niet. Krakend bed. Knop van de toilet deur was los. Gordijnen met grote vlekken. Bank in de kamer met vieze bekleding. Badkamer armoedig. Ontbijt zeer minimaal, geen vers sap maar limonade. Jam op borden met plastic folie eroverheen. Geen boter maar margarine. Nauwelijks keuze. Koffie in papieren bekers.

L'hôtel è una assoluta sorpresa. Un gigantesco palazzo che sembra la residenza di un maraja, camere enormi arredate nello stesso stile, ti fanno trovare petali di fiori dappertutto. E ho anche mangiato bene al buffet sia per la cena che la colazione.

Un bel hôtel (pour qui aime le style très chargé) mais qui a vieilli, les piscines sont à l’abandon et le petit déjeuner est très médiocre. Le wifi marche très mal. En revanche le personnel est très disponible, très gentil, le restaurant est convenable et les chambres sont vastes
