This hotel threats the customer, the welcome is many threats if you breaks the tv, if you breaks the AC, they think we are a wild people, I think this hotel should not threat the customers in that way….. every bad behavior has a fee🫣 We had been travel around the world and never in any hotel we had anything like this hotel does!

Una muy grata experiencia, excelente atención, el lugar súper limpio, aseado, cada habitación con todos los implementos necesarios, la comida deliciosa, los colaboradores muy atentos y todo super bien cuidado. Recomiendo Hotels Taybo 100% Por cierto queda cerquita de la playa ️

Muy buena ubicación y excelente atención, personal muy amable, muy buena la temática y ambientación del hotel, habitaciones muy limpias. El hotel tiene un lava pies en la entrada y también brinda facilidades en el check-in y el check-out cómo el de guardar tus maletas, por ejemplo. Excelente servicio en general.

El personal excelente, muy atentas las chicas de recepción, hacen aseo diario en las habitaciones, y hay un tendedero en un balcón interno del hotel que solo la habitación tiene acceso, es perfecto para los vestidos de baño después de la playa. Volvería a hospedarme allí.

Todo excelente. Muy buen servicio, recomendado. Muy atentos en el checkin. El lugar es muy céntrico a diferentes actividades del rodadero y la playa. Muy recomendado para ir en familia y con amigos. Camas cómodas, full aire y toda las amenidades que se esperan

La habitación muy cómoda, limpia con un espacio amplio y agradable, el desayuno proporcional a lo ofrecido, sin embargo deberían de actualizar el sistema de registro debido a que reservamos una habitación con desayuno incluído y al momento de adquirir el servicio la muchacha encargada de la recepción nos negó primeramente el servicio, esto sin validar nuestra reserva y la información que se nos fue enviada vía correo confirmando la reserva, guiando solamente de lo que ella tenía en sistema, fue muy grosera y poco servicial la chica, teniendo una atención poco empática.(estaba en recepción el día 15 de abril del 2025 tipo 7:45 a 8:00 am)

El hotel me pareció super bueno en todas las área, en la experiencia que tuvimos no encontramos nada que no nos gustará al contrario nos encantó todo, en todo los espacios al momento de ingresar tiene sus espacios para la espera ante de ingresar al check in
