The location is very nice as it’s close to everything. Staff are very friendly. However, the elevator is not working so you might get it fixed.

It was an incredible experience and we enjoyed our time at this hotel, it's location is perfect to take different activities such as going to the aquarium and playa blanca, tayrona park and other places. There is a little options for fun and parties and the nights has not quite fun. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the elevator looks like old and unsafety but you can used the stairs.

If you are looking for a great hotel , book Blu Hotel, the location, the staff and the rooms are excellent, and the price is great. Plus by booking here you have access to their sister property across the street with beach access. We will return again for sure

Very careful and friendly staff, beautiful view of sunsets and sunrises. Tamaca club is an excellent beach and swimming pool experience. It’s placed near to shopping center and in front of Mundo Marino”.

Hotel too close to the constant noise of Rodadero with its clubs and super loud music that disturbs rest. Lack of maintenance in the hotel, 1 curtain fell down, the shower was clogged, the elevator broke 2 times in our 6-day stay, and a puddle formed in the refrigerator. Super friendly staff. You have to walk 1 block to get to the resort where the beach, pool and services are (few tents available) - Very comfortable beds

Terrible service, they are not friendly to the guest! I came due to a labor agreement and they don't even take into account what you ask for, there is no restaurant just for breakfast! It is not as nice as it looks in the photos, it is empty and they say it is full so they can do nothing!!

The old facilities, the elevator stops and there is no button to open the door if you get locked out. The very slow check in took more than 20 minutes in the process. The area is very noisy. The only good thing is the access to the tamacá hotel.
