Grand Galvez Resort, Autograph Collection

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in anywhere. It's like stepping back in time. The room was a bit small, but it was just the two of us so it didn't matter. The bed was very comfortable and well appointed. The shower head system was a bit too complicated and there really wasn't enough pressure for all the different shower heads on it, but I was able to figure it out. Still I would have preferred a simpler shower head. The lobby, the bar, the pool...everything is beautiful and classy. The new renovations look great! Love, love LOVE this hotel!!!!

The money spend was very worth it!! I took advantage of everything that was provided for me! I would definitely would come back for seconds!

Very expensive for the quality. The hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are tiny. And oceanfront is actually a view of a parking lot and a rooftop underneath you with a little tiny bit of ocean in the corner. The customer service is nonexistent. Don’t expect them to answer any phones or answer any of your questions. No one knows anything about anything. The drinks at the beach cabana are $17 apiece and they use $4.99 well tequila even though they lie and say that it is a higher in tequila plus Graham Monet and it has neither of those ingredients. No one knows what they’re doing at this hotel. It is full of inexperienced staff and they overcharged you for crap. We normally love the buffet. We are actually locals here and the crab legs were so overcooked. You couldn’t pull any meat out of the legs. The price of the buffet has almost doubled since the new owners took over and it is not even close to worth it. The buffet is half the size that it used to be, and not even close to the quality that it used to be. A lot of moneyfor a staycation and it was not worth any of it. Never again.

This hotel was beautiful conveniently located. The beach being right across the street and the staff awesome! I can’t wait to go back

The stay was nice, the spa was amazing and the on site coffee shop was amazing. The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch, the room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was nice, and the private beach spot was so convenient and relaxing and the beach attendant was very nice.

Loved our stay here, we drove in for what we thought was the day but decided to stay the night. We are so happy we stayed and will be back again soon!
