Property is situated in a hill and river view.We feel stay with nature.location is just on side road of Sonmarg tunnel and approach is very easy.Food,amenities and services wise stay was very good.

I wrongly mentioned my 2 year old son as 8 year due to which we were charged extra. They were kind enough to provide extra services which was commendable. Beautiful place with river alongside. You can do bonfire and bbq at your own. Nice place to relax with family and friends. Lovely staff. Only concern is limited food availability which is under-stable due to lack of quick approach to market. We must understand the limitations at that height.

I recently stayed at badar resort for one night. and I was impressed with the comfort and amenities they offered. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful especially tajdar . He is a great human being .

It was awesome. This is the best resort I can recommend in Sonmarg. It was good. Rooms were nice. Food was not upto the mark and even staff was not very much good.
They were charging extra for even a watter bottle.

Badar Resort - A strategic cool spot for the picnic stays and is located on the edge of the famous river Sindhu and adjacent to Highway 🛣️ towards Sonmarg.
This property features are excellent, specious rooms Bigger than any other property in the area and a beautiful 360 degree views with wonderful landscapes around. Excellent food and Open Garden plot allows guests to relax in a quiet place. Good luck 🤞
