Rooms are good and well cleaned. Best service. location is very near the railway station and local market. Staff was professional and friendly specially Reception staff, Ajay, Bhim, and ansar. They made sure we had everything we needed more. Fantastic stay Thanks Neemaya Team.

It was an amazing experience. The hotel gave us a lot of good memories. It was a wonderful trip. The staff were cooperative and the food of the hotel was amazing and hygienic too. Overall, the property was very well maintained

Stayed for 3 nights here from 26th 29th of April. Rooms are badly maintained. Carpets smell. A/C does not work. During the three days of my stay, the restaurant A/C did not work and they did not even bother to keep few pedestal fans. Internal phones dont work too. Towels are dirty. Bed linens smell. The electrical switch boards including the key holder is stuck to the wall with tapes. Door locks are with tapes. I could see extensive use of BOPP tapes everywhere to control the damages. If Some one from Sarovar is reading this, please note that this is not expected out of your brand. Please do something immediately. I am not going to stay here again(Though my company has a tie up with this hotel) unless there is something drastically done to improve this hotel. It is really in sorry state of affairs.

I must express my disappointment with the food quality during my stay. The culinary experience fell short of expectations, and i believe improvements are necessary for a more satisfying customer experience.

I stayed there for a weekend. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food and service is very good. Its safe and secure since as a girl traveling alone i have sometimes faced some hotels which act a bit shady. This was my second stay and it was as pleasant as the first one

Nice hotel. Economic compared to other hotels. Room service starts from 0730 hrs to night 2330 hrs. 500 rs extra charges for early check in. Good for short stays and solo travel. I stayed in ac room don't know about non ac rooms.

The reception was impeccable. The production using a buggy is also pleasant. However, I was disappointed that the staff at the breakfast buffet seemed unmotivated, didn't show us where to sit, and just walked around aimlessly and wouldn't respond unless we called out to them. I was pouring coffee for Western guests.
