It was a pleasant stay. The check-in check-out process was very smooth. Ms. Shashi and Mr. Diwakar had been very supportive throughout. The services, amenities, staff, and food are worth experiencing. Staff being very polite, sincere and courteous all over.

"The service provided by Chef Sunil, Aakash, and Jeni and all the other staff was truly exceptional. Not only did they ensure we were well taken care of with general service, but they also demonstrated a remarkable understanding and respect for our dietary requirements, specifically Jain food. Jain cuisine adheres to strict principles of non-violence (ahimsa), which involves avoiding root vegetables like onions, garlic, potatoes, and carrots. This can often present a challenge when dining in places that are not specifically Jain. However, Chef Sunil, Aakash, and Jenifer showcased their dedication by: * Understanding the Requirements: They clearly understood the nuances of Jain dietary restrictions. * Providing Dedicated Service: They took the time to prepare meals that were in complete adherence to Jain principles. * Ensuring Satisfaction: They made sure that the meals were not only compliant but also delicious and satisfying. Their willingness to accommodate our needs with such care and attention made our dining experience truly memorable. It's rare to find such dedication, and their service deserves high praise." All over experience is best and all staff service and behaviour is favourable and supportive. Property location and ambence is good. Food taste and service was fabulous. We are staying on holi festival and celebration of holi was arrange verry well. Thank you for your support and service

Newest addition to Ahmedabad by the Adani group! Lovely location though bit far from the city! Rooms were clean and linen was replaced every day!Plenty of bottles of Naya drinking a water!Receptionists and other staff were very courteous and helpful

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Parshotam, who was exceptionally helpful and courteous. He made the check-in process smooth and quick, answered all my questions patiently, and even provided great recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. His professionalism and friendly demeanor truly made a positive impression. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring everything remained tidy and refreshed each day. I also appreciated the peaceful ambiance, which made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel’s restaurant had a good variety of dishes, and the breakfast spread was both generous and tasty. The location of the hotel was another big plus – centrally situated and close to public transportation, shops, and major landmarks. Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent, and the helpfulness of staff like Parshotam added a personal touch that made me feel valued as a guest. I will definitely return for future visits and recommend this place to friends and family. Jayprakash was extremely helpful and polite and shashi as well. The security guard Jayanti was also very humble and polite.. greeted us with respect and a pleasant smile.

We had a lovely family stay at Belvedere Golf and Country Club. The best part was the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful greenery. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. One suggestion: all games and golf should be included under a single privilege so guests don’t have to pay separately for each. Overall, a great experience!

property is nice and clean. worth a stay. only concern was the house keeping service at the night time. else the stay was pleasant and the the best part was the cafe belvedre and their staff. special credits to the bidyut who took care of the entire family and kids
