Great hotel, with great staff. Super clean. Spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast included. On site perking available too. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. In the heart of the city and an easy walk to the old town. Highly recommended.

We stayed a few nights in Borgia when in Gandia. Prior to arriving, the hotel was responsive to queries, though only in Spanish! Location was excellent, around 15 mins walk to the train/ coach station & near the main promenade, with easy access to dining options. The hotel facade & lobby itself looked nice but the room was a bit worn, especially the table tops which were peeling & off putting. It was great to have a balcony facing a few bars & cafes but it was a tad noisy at night so thankfully we had some ear plugs. There was ample storage space but the desk surfaces & drawers were quite dirty, as if they hadn't been cleaned. There was a fridge in the hotel & a safe in the wardrobe but no key. A bottle of water was given compliments of the hotel on the first day. Toiletries were in small bottles which was not environmentally friendly & they didn't replenish these on the second day so we had to request some at reception. The person at reception didn't speak English so we had to rely on Google translate 😁 Breakfast was served from 7am on weekdays & 8am on weekends. There was a selection of hot & cold food, fruit, yoghurt, pastries & bread. The hot food was lukewarm to cold & wasn't anything exciting but the chorizo, fried eggs & chilli peppers were welcome. The fruit looked like they were abandoned & were mostly not neatly sliced like some pictures suggest. They were often bruised & the sliced pineapple looked like it was almost off when it was served, with black & brown spots at the edges. Pastries like the croissants were soggy rather than crisp; bread rolls weren't bad, & the peach jam was lovely. The toaster took forever to brown anything & coffee didn't taste great. Juices tasted more like cordials. In short, breakfast wasn't great but we did manage to fill ourselves up before our daily excursions. All in all, the stay at Borgia was good. It provided a good base for us as we explored the area. There are other accommodation options at the beach area but the base in the centre allowed us easy access to transport to Denia & when we travelled from & returned to Valencia.

Calidad/precio hotel excelente. Cama buena, almohadas buenas habitaciones muy bien. Limpieza muy bien. Personal amable.Bufette desayuno completo y variado. Solo una pega , en Gandia , ciudad rodeada de naranjos, no entiendo maquina de zumos tipo “tang” artificiales total. Deberias poner zumo de naranjas naturales

El mejor hotel con el mejor equipo. Somos 130 personas que hemos permanecido del 28/12 hasta el 2/1/2024. Una estancia de 6 días de 10. Hay que nombrar a tod@s y es que por mucho espacio que te dé TripAdvisor siempre será escaso. Carlos, Oscar ( Chef' del hotel) Valentina, Davinia ( jefas de sala) Silvia, Bea y casa una de vosotras( responsables de recepción) Angélica y resto de compañeras ( ayudantes cocina) y a mis adorables "Ninis" solo deciros que sois MARAVILLOS@S. Atención personalizada a los clientes, jamás un no por respuesta. A todos y cada uno de los clientes, se les da un trato como si fuesen los únicos y más importantes. No cambies jamás . Habéis conseguido que ya estén "apuntados" para el de este 2024 y eso muy pocos hoteles lo consiguen y vosotros sois garantía de éxito. Gracias y mil gracias. Os quiero mucho y más. Buen hotel en el centro de Gandía. Atención excepcional desde el primer momento, de todas y cada una de las personas que nos atendieron, desde recepción hasta las chicas de comedor de un sábado noche. La comida de buen calidad y el desayuno muy bueno y variado. Quizás el mobiliario de la habitación algo anticuado, pero es muy acogedora y confortable, demás de unas camas muy cómodas.

Naufragés de la route suite à une panne de voiture, nous avons passé une nuit à l'Hôtel Borgia de Gandía qui proposait la dernière chambre disponible du secteur en ce mois d'aout. Cet hôtel fait partie d'une chaine touristique russe, ce qui explique les nombreux panneaux bilingues espagnol / cyrillique pour les nombreux touristes russes présents et un accueil souvent assuré par une responsable également russe. Le personnel est sympa, que ce soit à l'accueil, au bar ou au restaurant. La propreté est satisfaisante, même si les installations commencent à dater un peu. L'hôtel est très sonore, on entend tout d'une chambre à l'autre et les couloirs sont particulièrement bruyants, mal isolés. Evitez de vous trouver comme nous face aux ascenseurs (nuit perturbée garantie!). Concernant les repas, il nous a rarement été donné de manger aussi mal dans un établissement qui affiche bien haut ses trois étoiles (le système espagnol va jusqu'à 5). Le système "buffet" pour les petits déjeuners et les repas du midi ou du soir permet de goûter à tout, ce qui nous permet de dire que tout ce qui nous a été présenté était mauvais. Impossible de trouver quelque chose de mangeable ou de buvable: même le café est un mauvais "lyophilisé / soluble"! Viande, charcuterie, pâtisseries, pseudo "jus d'orange" (eau + sirop), etc... Tout est de très mauvaise qualité, industriel, gras et insipide. Notre conseil: ne prendre aucun repas sur place et aller un peu plus loin, Plaza del Prado ou Plaza Mayor, où vous trouverez de chouettes bistrots et restos qui servent de la vrai nourriture pour pas très cher. En résumé, nous ne pensons pas remettre les pieds dans cet établissement, même en cas de nouvelle panne de notre voiture!
