GGuest UserLocation is rather near the lake side. Very good views of the lake from the balcony off the bedroom - not so good from the main room.
The room/apartment is very cozy and nicely furnished, and we spent quite a lot of time in the room as it didn’t stopped raining the entire time we are there. The design of the house is very well thought out and the owner actually came to say hi to us.
Some clothing cabinets will be nice, and maybe another one or two chairs for the living area.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the location is between the village of Chodang Sundubu on Gangmun Beach, Gyeongpo Lake, so the location is great enough to drive for only 1-2 minutes even if you drive by car! ＞＜ It would be great to travel on foot, and the boss is so kind that you can explain the accommodation well, and the view is so clean! I want to come again next time!

AAnonymous UserThis is the best hostel I ever stayed. The hostel is new, and is kept in tidy and comfortable ways. I have a good night sleep. It is quiet and clean. The air in the dorm smell nice as air freshener is turned on. Breakfast is simple but nice.

PPollarinaWe liked this accommodation. Check-in process was smooth: a lady helped us. Beds were soft and everything was clean. Hair products! Loved them! Parking space is spacious. Everything was the same as it was advertised. You can easily walk to the beach where a lot of bars, restaurants and storeas are located. Totally recommend.

GGuest UserSuper nice sea view , room look exactly like the photo . Room with simple cooking equipment that u can cook ramen or little snack . Dryer , towel all those basic things are provided. But 2 things u have to take notes , this homestay type of property doest not have reception or person incharge at the area , even during check in , so make sure u contact with trip.com to get the check in information before u reach there , or else if u can speak korean or u will need to at-least have a number that can call Korean number to contact property management when u arrive and tell them u need check in , i think simple English like “check in “ they can understand. If u don’t have any number that can call or did not contact trip earlier on to get the information, u will be there and wait and u can’t check in smoothly for sure . Secondly this location is far from the city area (like ktx/ bus express terminal and anmok beach ) this location is only near to sundubu gelato by foot about 20min. My suggestion is if u wanna stay here , prepare food and drink and stay whole day just in room to enjoy the view of sea and nice room if u did not driving . Basically for the view and nice room , I will come back again .

수수캐이쿙Cozy, the two of you have a good stay! There is a 24-hour convenience store right next to it, and you can see the sea. It's so nice! It was cold, but the boiler kept running and I played well on the floor. I don't know how many cooking utensils there are because I haven't cooked barbecues or food, but shampoo, hair dryer, and toothpaste and toothbrush disposable were good! One unfortunate thing is that there is a bed on the second floor, but the ceiling part going down the stairs is very low! It says watch your head, but it would be better if you put something like a prevention pad on the corner to prevent accidents! I was aware that the ceiling was low, but I felt like my head would break right away if I let go of my mind... haha The accommodation was so clean, cozy, and nice! The TV is also very big and looks good. Thanks to you, I watched soccer well on the big screen!

GGuest UserThis place is very nice, located not too far from the beach and easy to find. Not the most touristic part of the city therefore it's not so easy to find things to do or eat around especially during the low season.
The room was clean and as described. The bed is located in the attic so the ceiling is a bit low. The balcony and window are right by a garden/backyard, which was not fully developed yet. The view is not the best trait of the room.
We arrived later than expected and it was raining. The umbrella I had left at the front door, where umbrellas were all stored, was stolen and I never found it again.
