距離江陵站步行五分鐘，周邊公交線路多，可以直達正東津和註文津。環境也還不錯，前台雖然不會英文，但會用翻譯軟件努力熱情溝通。

강릉여행 하면서 1박했는데 중앙시장메서 가깝고, 관리를 참 깨끗하고 정성스레 하시는 사장님 마을을 느꼈습니다

인근 모텔에 비해서는 저렴한 편이지만 엘리베이터도 없구 시설이 상당히 노후되어 있었습니다.
