The customer service is really bad and there is the one middle aged ahjussi who talk in aggressive tone. When we arrived and wanted to check in around 4-5pm,we couldn't find the service counter and the weather is really cold so we waited our camp tent inside, but he came after a couple of hours and blamed us for not finding him and calling him when we actually tried calling serveral of times. He asked us if we are foreigners and talked in aggressive tone. The manner and everything made us uncomfortable. The other man staff is okay though.
If you need grill stove for bbq, you have to pay extra 30000. they won't let u know in advance.
They asked us if we are eating bbq and use the stove.
So we thought it was free and it came setting up everything and told us it costs 30000.
We don't have prob giving that money, but it would be great if they told the cost in advance for preventing guests from being uncomfortable.
