I had an incredibly disappointing 3-day stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, the experience was plagued with issues that made it far from enjoyable. Day 1: Upon arrival, I was informed that the room I had booked and been promised was unavailable. Instead, I was given a smaller, less comfortable room that didn’t match the description or amenities I had paid for. When I raised the issue, the staff showed no remorse and offered no solutions, brushing off my concerns as if they didn’t matter. To make matters worse, the hot water in the bathroom wasn’t working, Toilet jet spray also was not working despite multiple complaints the problem was not fixed. Day 2: The next day when we were heading out we went for a breakfast which was included in the package and the staff told that there's no breakfast included in your package and they did not provide us for any food. What made it worse was the lack of service. Staff members were inattentive and acted as though any request for assistance was a burden. I ended up dining outside because the hotel restaurant failed to meet even basic standards. Day 3: The housekeeping and maintenance were absolutely unacceptable. My room was not cleaned properly, with trash left untouched and no replenishment of essentials like towels or toiletries. They didn't even change the glasses and cups in the room and then we asked them to do they told you can wash all the glasses and cups by yourself as it belongs to your room. The overall attitude of the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my stay, leaving me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. In summary, this hotel failed to deliver on every front—room quality, basic facilities, food, cleanliness, and staff behaviour and especially the owner of the hotel is very rude and very unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. This was a waste of time, money, and patience.

The hotel was really well Maintained and look after by the staffs even in the off season. Had a pleasure of staying 3 days here with my wife and son. Close to MG road and car stand the place was soothing and composed. You must visit once here.

Clean and Rooms are specious. Most important thing is Staffs are very supportive which add value to ur stay. MG Marg market is very near. Easily taxi availability. hotel manager guides you if need any idea about Sikkim schedule. Must stay if u r in Gangtok. Thank you

It was my first experience to Gangtok for vacation, and I love this place and the staff was very good there hospitality was very friendly and welcoming with worm welcome if you ever happen to visit this place you must meet Mr. Nawraj Subedi from reception he is very helpful and kind and also he has good knowledge about the places around to visit , they also provide cab if you wish for with a convenient price, again many thanks to Hotel Dew Pond and all the staff
