It was an amazing stay and their hospitality is just top notch. If you are coming to Sikkim, trust me you should should definitely visit here as their rooms, food be it breakfast, lunch or dinner everything is mouth watering. I had a wonderful time here!

I was thoroughly impressed by the seamless experience across all departments from reservation to housekeeping ensuring a hassle-free stay for them. A special mention to saroj Pandey from the management team, who went above and beyond to provide personalized attention. His thoughtful advice and meticulous care for my retired parents were truly heartwarming. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the impeccable service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality. Every aspect of my stay was perfectly organized, and a huge credit goes to Mr. Saroj Panday manager, who ensured everything ran seamlessly. whose leadership and dedication were evident in every interaction. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, from the front office to F&B and housekeeping. His professionalism and genuine care for guests made my stay truly memorable. If you’re planning a leisure or business trip, I highly recommend this property. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Thank you to Mr. Panday and the entire team for making my stay unforgettable. I will definitely be returning!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was superb, featuring two balconies with stunning views of beautiful sikkim. I even had the pleasure of meeting the chef, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious—definitely try American fried chicken Room service was top-notch, earning a solid 5/5. The receptionist was also very accommodating. I can't wait to come back to this wonderful hotel! Highly recommend!

It was a great experience with awesome hospitality: the Cilantro restaurant food was amazing and nice. The housekeeping staff was very cooperative. The buffet for the breakfast had variety of options. The view from the balcony was to die for. Also, the rooms were neat and clean with very amazing ambience.

Staffs behaviour of hotel ( front desk/ restaurant/ housekeeping ), Room, resturant cleanliness are excellent. Food ok ( continental type). Suggesting to keep room heating blower in winter. Location is good. Recommending good to stay.
