Stayed here for 3 days. The rooms were clean and fairly well-maintained. Food was just okay—not much to rave about. The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk to MG Road. However, the entrance to the hotel is quite poor and can feel a bit unsafe, especially at night. I wouldn’t recommend it for families due to the entrance and overall vibe.

We stayed there for 4 nights. It is 10 mins walk from the MG market. Hotel is situated down hill and requires a bit of climbing to reach the road. The hotel staff is caring and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean but the windows are facing a wall so no views from the room. The bedding and towels were also clean. Room heater and toiletries were also provided. Special shout out to the manager (sorry forgot his name) for accommodating our request for date changes. Really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend.

It was a great experience for stay at Gangtok hotel. I would specially like to recommend Mr Pradip Singh from housekeeping department. I have seldom seen a more hardworking and sincerely guy at any hotel. When we were back from our daily excursions, the room was spotless and everything was in place. My family demanded lots of services and he was very prompt. I would also like to recommend the restaurant and the services of Jyoti, Reema and Chanchal over there. The food was awesome. The breakfast menu is also decent.

Very nice hospitality offered. A polite n courteous staff. Service offered with a smile. Sumptuous meals offered within the hotel that kept us energetic throughout the day. Any service request was promptly attended out of the way. The umbrellas given to us helped us a lot in the rainy day.

Greta view from the suite and upper deck restaurant. Humble staff at the hotel, Pradeep singh did a great job and meticulously managed the room with cleanliness. Hotel has budget friendly room options available. Breakfast could be better. We opted to stay for 2 nights in the suite room that has a microwave and shelves with living room and bedroom.

We have booked Suit room for 3 night which is situated at 7th floor and only this room is available in this floor Hotel and Amenities as well as food quality is good and sleep quality and cleanness and service is also good only one thing is not good that entrance of hotel is 40 step down to road level which is not comfortable for atleast Sr citizen however we are also Sr citizen and before booking i have also confirmed this but they have informed that for only 10 steps down this is to be improve General Manager is most helpful to us

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious, ensuring a comfortable stay. Location is near M.G Marg. The staff, from reception to the security guard, was warm and welcoming. Overall a nice & comfortable Stay.
