Stayed here with my family for 3 nights and it was a really comfortable and peaceful stay. We faced no issues during our stay. Service by Pradip Sinha was great. He was extremely helpful throughout our stay. There should be more people like him in the hospitality industry. The rooms were modern and very clean and the best part is that it is just a 5 minute walk from MG Marg. We searched a lot for good modern luxurious hotels near MG Marg and we found this hotel and it was worth it !

A very neat and clean hotel, staff is amazing, food and overall service is excellent. Very close to MG market. Would highly recommend this hotel. I was here for one night with my family in July. Just don't get surprised by the entrance to reach the hotel, which is not great (need to go down the stairs), but once you are in the hotel, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Good hotel with good rooms and good service. Overall had a good stay. Morning breakfast was very delightful. Me and my friends had a very good stayover at this property. Located near By MG Marg about 10mins away.

Stayed here for a night. The hotel is located very close to MG Road in Gangtok, which is a major advantage. However, the approach to the property is a bit unusual. It appears to be a renovated old building, and getting there involves navigating a narrow street with limited parking space, making it slightly inconvenient to unload luggage. Additionally, you have to take a narrow flight of stairs down to reach the entrance.. But once you are inside, this is a good hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. While the restaurant area feels a bit compact, the food quality is good. The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff – they are extremely helpful and courteous. If you're looking for a place to stay near MG Road and don't mind a slightly tricky approach, this hotel is a good option.

The housekeeping staff, Mr. Pradip Singh is absolutely excellent at discharging his duties. He is very prompt, professional and polite. Whenever we called upon the Hotel for any assitance during our stay, he always turned up just within moments to assist us. Besides this, the rooms are clean and tidy. The washrooms are equally good. The roof top terrace cum cafe also offers an excellent panoramic view.
