Hotel staff and his owner very helpful and cooperative. Hotel's room is very clean and it is situated in good location i.e Arithang Chandmari. Tourist can see mountain view from their window.However food quality should be improved test wise.

I had my family trip in May 2024. My overall stay experience is pleasent. Staff is very nice and customer friendly. They accomodate your request by going out of the box which is one of the best thing. My little daughter requested for fruits in breakfast. On next day they bring whole bunch of fruits and my daughter enjoyed it lot. Initially I was not happy with the room given to me. They checked for availability and upgraded my room. It's good hotel to stay....

I love the 306 room the view, the hospitality etc etc.. Moreover the uncle who cares us and call us throughout return journey till reach hometown❤

The Stay was fantastic. With Nice ambience and location of the hotel the service and hotel staffs were exceptional and helpful. Rooms were very clean and had enough space. And oh yes!! The food!!.. Was delicious and yummy 😋. And above all was also budget friendly.

Rooms are very affordable and clean.All staff are very humble and friendly.Manager Gopi chettri manages our trip so well.Must visit their hotel at very affordable price.In any emergency staffs are there for your help and guide you.At last Sikkim people are very hospitable

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, especially Mr. Gopi Chetri and a great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, comfortable, with excellent service (Room - 301) . Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.We had a 3 year kid with us and Mr. Gopi Chetri made customised food for her without spices and she liked it a lot.It was very generous of him.I was very pleased with my stay. Very much recommended for my next stay here.

The manager mr.gopi and his are very cooperative. Its the best place with affordable price.the food is really fresh nd home cooked nd also they made special food for my child so that she cud have all her meals. M highly satisfied with the seribice and my stay .
