I reached today at the hotel and found that staff of Fern Denzong is very supportive and good at service. Rooms are clean. Front office and house keeping team is very humble and good at their work. Specially I want to praise Kartika, Ajeeta and Anusha. Washroom is clean

The service was really good. The staff was humble and ready to help. The food was awesome thanks to Mr. Nandan, the cheff at the hotel. The service staff Mr. Laxman was really very good at the hotel restraurant.

The hotel is an amazing property to stay with good hospitality and service. Laxman is good at service and Chef Nandan prepares good food. Travel desk guys are also helpful Mr Vishwanath and Ms Sushma in arranging cabs and trip details. Cheers.

Good service, good food and great ambiance Laxman has a great nature. The pillows in the room were great and the room service was on time. I would definitely recommend everyone to come and stay here. Overall a 10/10 experience staying here. Must visit. Mr Nandan Chef, Ms Anjala were great hosts.

Too good. Food quality is good. Staff is caring and helpfull. Breakfast top good . Every one must go and stay to enjoy the hospitality.road side view is also very good . Room service is also good and available 24 hours . U just make a call they come and solve the issue .
