It was an ok experience. The hotel is a little run down in parts. Service at the dinner rooms were not always the best. The staff are not really bothered and would not give the menu quickly for instance. The room was nice but again it was not in the main block.. there was something missing in the hotels experience. The free evening tea and snack was awful. Yea was made terribly and the snack was tasteless. There are better evening tea service in places with yum snacks. This was plain simple boring and stingy at giving good food.
Personally I would not stay here again.

We had great experience at our stay at Sikkim Mayfair. Staff is helpful and courteous. We wanted to change our room because of our personal reasons and we were honored gracefully. Pranab at the restaurant was very professional and friendly who helped us with right choice of food and honored our special request also. Overall good experience.

Amazing hospitality but I really find the ambiance so aesthetically pleasing. With modern amenities merging with natural beauty, the stay at Mayfair, Gangtok, has been amazing. The food too is great. Fairytale stay at Mayfair- Kakali, Sutirth and Giri had taken care of us regally. Thanks

loved our stay here for 3 nights . fabulous property with good amenities. Spacious and clean rooms. The vibe of resort is so serene and spiritual especially with small temples that are built inside. staff is very courteous as well especially chef ravikant who customised the meals as per our taste. lovely experience overall

All i can say is, this has been one of the best places in India to visit and stay so far!! The hospitality, people, cleanliness, good was all top notch and we just had an amazing time with my entire family. The break from the heat made Gangtok visit a wonderful experience.Thanks Team!!

Beautiful heritage property where you can find mini Sikkim inside the property . Good food and submissive people in giving service . Many thanks to Sandeep and Rinku for electric car ride in the morning and evening . Many thanks to Renuka an and Anoop at the dinning area fo helping us with good food. Thanks to Rashi and Girish too at reception .
