Good hotel with polite staff. Location is a bit confusing to even local drivers . Food quality was excellent. A little improvement could be done regarding additional mattress . It was very hard . Overall a good experience . Being a 4 star hotel, room size could be better with inclusion of balcony

I had wonderful experience at hotel ,rooms were clean n comfortable ,break fast was delicious chef is very nyc the hotel staff Khushi Roshni and tshering dorjee lepcha are very nyc active and cooperative thanks hotel cilantro little bit away from MG road market

Stay was good, food in the buffet had good varities and options. staffs are friendly, room cleaning is excellent. Maintenance is good. Location is excellent. Guest amenities were all of very high quality. Hotel also arranges cabs on request in advance

Best experience and comfortable environment .. excellent service of the staff ... it was great experience l had trip to sikkim ... Beautiful place to visit and affordable and comfortable for family , couples or solo can stay here ... amazing facility best comfort in this hotel ... Really it was my best experience ... even the staff members were very attentive and was very helpful ... Especially Sonam , Biru , Pramod ... great and beautiful and helpful staffs ...

The place is beautiful and comfortable. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Food is good taste, service slightly slow but the staff behavior balances that. The room had a great view and ample amount of space for a comfortable stay. We had a great time !

rooms are very good and room services are very good , nice hospitality and food is so delicious best hotel in gangtok. best room view in gangtok and roshni, suraj and khusi were very friendly and very cooperative in nature . Absolutely loved this place and this hotel will give you the best experience.

I stayed for 2 days in cilantro comfort during my recent visit to Gangtok and this is one of the best stays around Gangtok and with a valley view definitely Recommended. They have a very good Breakfast buffet and their food is commendable as well. Huge shout out to Roshini and kushi for taking care of us.

Excellent trip, Roshni and Khushi makes my trip most memorable. I stayed here to celebrate my silver jubilee wedding anniversary. Cilantro comfort makes my trip memorable. We stayed in room 405 and came here from Lucknow. Thank you team CILANTRO.
