酒店沒有熱水，本想好好洗個澡，放鬆一下，結果洗了個冷水澡，酒店説晚上8點後，等到12點都是冷的，長途開車熱水真的很重要。

服務態度好，美中不足的是一樓衞生間有滲水，不影響心情，及時來處理了，但沒有解決根本。臨得贈得小禮品和免費住宿券，天水人的熱情滿滿的。

酒店服務員有點呆板，住宿登記時要求第二天13：00騰房，第二天專門打電話催促。服務員攜程有些規定一竅不通。

還可以，普普通通，衞生還行，就是旁邊是有學校，早上很早就開始響音樂，聲音影響的睡不着了。窗簾拉不到底，會漏光
