1、地理位直超好，樓下就是旺市，有大商場、大超市也有小攤，非常熱鬧。
2、服務跟蹤很足，有信必應。
3、房間大床大，各類生活電器設備全。
缺點：房內洗衣機位置在早晚用水高峯都會滲出下水道味。
