設施：設施老舊，馬桶的水好小，用都怕堵。隔音非常不好。在房間裏都能聽到隔壁開電視的聲音。也能聽到樓上打電話的聲音。就更別提外面的人開關門的砰砰聲。
衞生：衞生非常差，牆面漆黑，多處發黴。
環境：一進去一股腳臭味，極其惡臭。莫名其妙的臭味。
總而言之，一點都不推薦，而且還很貴。200多塊錢。

帶早餐，雖説早餐不是很豐富，房間乾淨整潔，關鍵是價格實惠，再有就是可以免費停車，還可以充電，非常方便，家人手串丟了，酒店也非常積極的幫忙尋找，雖説沒有找到，但是一直積極回覆，如果明年還來贛州，會再次入住。

非常好的一家酒店，早歺品種多樣，水果竟然上了車釐子，涼拌萊做的非常好吃，白米粥煮的軟糯可口，麪點也是非常好的。

招待所一樣，衞生漏水嚴重地毯都是水，衞生間門都沒有，到處都是發黴的地方，衞生真的不是一般的差，早上 8 點去吃早點很多早點都沒有了，樓上上廁所就好像是在我頭上上一樣聲音聽得一清二楚，一進門就一股撲鼻而來的惡臭。
