服務熱情周到，衞生乾淨整潔，前台小姐姐幫忙升級了房間，離商業街景點都很近，晚上還有小點心和甜湯贈送。真的物有所值，性價比高。下次還會選擇入住。

設施：房間設施符合預期，有自己的停車場，如果滿了旁邊有收費停車場，酒店也給報銷。
衞生：衞生也可以，我們連住兩晚，第二天搞衞生也很及時
環境：離宋城不遠，打車過去也就起步價。酒店旁邊也有很多商業，方便。
服務：前台熱情，有什麼要求都能儘量滿足。

這是我迄今為止住過最差的酒店，竟然還是三星級，比幾十塊錢的賓館還要差。首先牆體發黴，窗户衹有一丟丟大，像地下室一樣，房間防盜門是鎖不上的，廁所門關不上，等於是露天廁所，露天洗澡的感覺，那個推拉門都快要脱落了，都能搬起來，馬桶緊挨着洗手盆，拉個尿扔點廁紙都能堵塞，半夜打電話給客房中心，一直説聽不到秒掛電話，打到總枱才找到人，半夜過來通廁所。然後那個沖涼房沒有花灑的，衹有一個噴出來想水龍頭一樣的淋浴噴頭，也沒有配拖鞋，洗澡衹能光腳踩在指壓板上面，痛**。最氣人的是我和朋友一起訂的同樣價位的房間，她的就很正常，第二天叫前台換房，竟然説沒有人退房，叫我加錢升級，這話誰相信呢。然後住的第三天早上，馬桶竟然在中間接口位一直漏水，整個沖涼房都是馬桶水，打客房電話，又是秒掛電話，噁心得我馬上退房走了。氣得都想打12345去政府投訴了。
