Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiang New District

Advantages: The hotel is in a good location, very convenient to get a taxi, very new and clean, with free parking in the underground parking lot, and a wide variety of breakfast. Disadvantages: Compared with the Hilton Hampton Hotel in Guangdong, there is still a gap. First, the night before check-in, I called to inquire whether a courier could be sent to the hotel. The waiter who answered the phone was very impatient and asked if there were any bath slippers. They said yes. The next day, when I checked into the hotel, the slippers delivered were disgusting and dirty. There were dirt and blood stains on the slippers. It was obvious that they had been worn without washing and disinfection. Second, the bedside lamp kept flashing at night, which made me unable to sleep all night. The next day, I asked someone to cover it with a cloth to solve the problem. Third, the snacks for breakfast were not delicious and did not meet the standards of Hilton. The soy milk and noodles were great. Fourth, the hotel quilt was very thin, just a thin air-conditioning quilt. The child kicked the quilt all night when the heater was turned on. In the end, I had to ask the waiter to add another quilt.

Very good experience. First time staying at Hampton. Just because of the brand. Not disappointed. The front desk lady is very kind, the room supplies are very clean. The breakfast is very rich. I will stay at Hampton again if necessary.

The room is very comfortable, with first-class facilities, large shower water flow, good quality toiletries, clean and tidy room, self-service breakfast of upper-middle standard, room robot delivery, smart service, located in the new district, so the surrounding area is not the most lively, the nearest hotel is a distance away on foot.

The hotel is a bit old, but overall it's OK. The room doesn't feel very big. We booked two rooms, one on the south side and one on the north side. I don't know why they didn't both rooms on the south side, but it's OK anyway.
