優點: 衞生打掃乾淨，床品睡了一晚也沒有出現任何不適。地理位置超級優越，去各大景點以及吃飯的地方都很方便，交通四通八達，無論是電動車還是打車都能很快到達。 缺點: 廁所沒有排氣扇，所以一進去的時候有點臭。房間裏的洗衣機洗衣服的時候發出震耳欲聾的響聲，我被嚇到以為要爆炸，很明顯洗衣機維護不好。關於這一點我真的很生氣，因為我快被嚇死了。再來説説服務，中規中矩，入住前沒有主動發入住指南，要我打電話去問。退房也沒有告訴我怎麼退，也是我發微信問的。對於第一次入住公寓的客人來説很不友好，溝通成本太高。寄存行李時老闆娘看到我們頭都沒有抬，從入住到退房一句 “你好”都沒有。態度説不上差，但就是很冷漠很冷漠。
