入住這個酒店還是給我很好的體驗。首先這個酒店的位置在新城區，交通方便，自已開車來，問了一下酒店停車是否免費，告訴我在住期間都免費，停車場特別大，太方便了。大堂的服務人員熱情禮貌。客房乾淨衞生，服務員還幫洗了襪子。退房時前台小哥幫泡了一杯花茶。很不錯的入住體驗。

入住了兩天，整體體驗不錯。房間非常整潔，床又大又舒適，睡得很好。大廳服務不錯。然而，第二天的早餐質量有些下降，種類不多，座位也不夠，早上用餐時有點擁擠。此外，電梯速度較慢，等候時間有點長。希望這些方面能有所改進，不過整體來説，住宿環境還是令人滿意的。

房間很乾凈，裝修也看上去很舒服，個人比較滿意。酒店位置很中心，交通便利。酒店工作人員都會細心的給我們介紹景點，也很周到的給了我們景點的地圖和citywork，少兜了很多圈子。

酒店位置很好，毗鄰萬象城及君尚購物中心，步行10分鐘就可以到，逛街購物都很方便，附近還有宋城古浮橋等景點，到景點的車程也就10多分鐘，酒店設施設備齊全，服務人員都很熱情，前台小甘貼心的給我們安排房間和早餐，解決我們的需求，酒店早餐品種還是很豐富的。

1.電梯太小太慢，下樓請先坐上樓，否則下不了樓。2.隔音非常差，可以説酒店沒有做隔音設施。3.樓道有小孩吵鬧玩耍，值班經理立即溝通了，值得表揚。4.凌晨5點開始，樓下有酒瓶聲。6.四星級、2024年裝修、房間價格高，為什麼條件這麼差？7.衞生差，居然從別人的評論中看到隱翅蟲。8.床墊、枕頭質量太差了。不推薦，有史以來住的最差的四星級酒店，希望攜程以後不要推薦這種酒店。不推薦，差評差評差評。
