The room was generally good, except that it lacked a wardrobe for hanging clothes, and there was no choice of pillows, all were high pillows, it would have been nice to have a low pillow! The surrounding environment is very good. You can see the snow-capped mountains by opening the window, and there is also an artificial lake next to it where you can see the reflection of the snow-capped mountains!

The bed I ordered was twin beds. The room was small and it was hard to move around after putting a big suitcase in it. Very few breakfast varieties

It's inside the Imperial City, but the entire Imperial City is not very big. In the off-season, many places are not open, which is very disappointing. The hotel is also very average. If I hadn't brought my parents and didn't want to go through all the trouble, I would have wanted to change rooms on the spot. First of all, I stayed in this room. The peephole turned out to be a big hole, and the hole faced the toilet. Then the room on the first floor was extremely humid and had a musty smell. There were also many insects, including two spiders. The room on the first floor is really awesome. And the ancient city room is actually facing the museum of the royal city, but there are people walking around, so the curtains are not open, so basically you can't see anything. Then the hot springs were okay, but I didn’t experience them when my parents went there. But here it is, we asked the front desk what we need to prepare, and the front desk said no, just call the electric car to pick us up, but when we went there, there was nothing. We had to change our clothes (required to be swimsuits), wear bathrobes, etc. We thought they could provide bathrobes, etc., but in fact we had to change in the room before going. . But the hot spring is ok.
