The heating system in the room worked poorly, and the temperature never reached more than 16 degrees. Everything else was excellent.

服務熱情，前台小妹和保安非常有禮貌，有客人時都會站起來説話，訓練有素。旁邊就有酒店專用停車場，交通便利。房間裏暖氣和熱水都特別足，冬天出遊最在意的就是這個。有早餐可惜沒去吃。下次來甘孜的話還會住這裏，性價比超高！

因為帶狗狗所以我們訂了套房進去真的巨大，整體環境設施相當滿意，前台翁姆和保安叔叔服務特別好，這個酒店真的性價比很高了下次317還打算入住

真的值得評價一下，往年回家途中都沒有住過這家酒店，由於路上高反比較嚴重，來不及多看就直接訂了，簡直超乎我的想象，到門口了服務人員和保安大哥直接出來迎接我倆，見我臉色不好直接就扶着我問我是不是高反了，我説是的，工作人員趕緊叫前台拿氧氣瓶，把我扶到大廳開始給我拿熱水，朋友辦理好入住之後我們就回房間了，房間裏面也有地暖很熱，應該是提前幫我們開的，真的太暖心了，之後還有服務人員送來了紅景天真的服務態度沒得説了，第二天還幫我聯繫了去成都的車子，早上還有早餐，總之第一次入住，也是第一次入住這麼好的酒店，以後一定還會住的，感謝酒店的所有工作人員，謝謝你們

房間還可以，有地暖，但是房間地暖温度不夠，整夜最高温才14度，被子還行，但是不貼身，希望床上再有一個電熱褥，這樣會更增加舒適度，否則冬天睡在床上會一直哆嗦
