酒店位於縣城中心地帶，餐飲購物極為方便，房間乾淨整潔，前台服務熱情周到，唯一遺憾是停電兩次（整個縣城都停電）造成洗澡無熱水，理解，好評

房間是雪山景房，外頭是民居，房間煙味超級大，空調會比較響。我可以接受，但如果是對房間衞生有比較高要求的還是不要來了。陽光很好，房間設施沒有明顯污漬，但是的確算不上非常乾淨，150多的價錢，這麼大其實不介意的話就已經很可以了。前台是24小時的，會有人直接睡在那邊，所以有什麼服務需求都可以找他們，還是比較方便，酒店2樓新開了一家火鍋，聽説還是不錯的但我沒去吃

整體入住體驗一般，真的很一般
體驗感差是衞生和設施兩方面
設施：吹風機用不了，壞的 就衹洗個頭發，洗髮膏擠了兩下就沒了，順便看了下旁邊的沐浴露，也幾乎沒了 衞生紙🧻我真的懷疑打掃房間的時候有沒有換 哪個好人家一進來的衞生紙是沾了水的皺皺巴巴的幹了的，是你你敢用嗎？
衞生：馬桶蓋打開真的會謝 認真的嗎？ 尿漬都漬在上面幹了 打電話給前台，前台來了還沒看的時候先來了一句 她問過打掃的阿姨了，阿姨説打掃過了的 我請問？那是我自己弄上去的？剛弄上的尿漬直接乾巴的？
服務：很一般，真的很一般，建議大家還是多掏點兒錢住衞生環境好一點兒的酒店吧

我們是75和73歲一慣相伴自由行的老倆口。川西旅行第三天，來到了甘孜。行前瀏覽攜程，格薩雲端大酒店好評連連！確定選擇入住。到店快21點了，前台兩位小姐姐熱情接待，還問累不累，讓我們頓感温馨。入住辦理很快，重複告訴房間號，叮囑我們注意安全！打開房門，簡直超預期啊！寬大乾淨，大大的玻璃窗是我們十多年旅行中看到過最大的，床品也非常好，還有寫字枱，方便了旅行中一慣要每天寫記錄的我，好喜歡啊！六樓上靠山這邊房間如是冬天起早肯定能看見日照金山！現是盛廈，推開窗户還能看到對面山頂的積雪（應該是冰川）。格薩雲端大酒店值得推薦！

酒店位置很好找，酒店工作人員也很熱情，床上用品看起來也是全新的很舒服，熱水和空調都來的很快總體體驗非常不錯，下次來還住這裏，老闆介紹了當地好吃的藏餐，酒店樓下十字路口有一家開了很多年的酸辣粉非常好吃，下樓走兩步路就是瑞幸，購物吃飯都很方便
