頭天辦理入住時候詢問前台是否可以打印文件，前台説可以，約好第二天退房打印。退房時換了前台，先説不能打印，問誰説可以的？然後説打印機壞了，最後看我不走，説打印費用一塊錢一張。最後付了17元。
錢不多，人挺噁心。
