我從攜程上面訂的房間，下單時專門選了有延遲退房的政策，所以當時就付款預訂了，到店後老闆説 11 點退房，可以延長至 12 點。説是平台預訂的和他們沒關係，沒關係你們店入駐平台幹嘛。蠻不講理，還威脅我他們可以拒絕我入駐，簡直無法無天。大家以後千萬不要上當

雖然理解是新的民宿 但是過去住的時候才3月份 相當於是冬天 沒有空調、暖氣片也是冰的 電視是看不了的 隔音不太好 還好床上準備了電褥子

你們房子我也住了有好多次了，上次也是最後一次入住，你們生意還是要做，我是不會再入住了，最後一次入住是因為我專門定的大床一二樓loft，最後來你們這邊，沒有房間了，説等一會衞生就打掃好了，我們在大太陽下邊等了3個小時，進來你們説有房間，進去是那種上下隔開，我們每次入住明確不要那種房間，你的回覆就是沒有區別，都是一樣，我們住了多少次，你們每種房型都住過，住着有多膈應你們自己心裏清楚吧，兩個價位都是不同的，你們要不自己進去住住體驗一下
