1-收按金很不好2-淋浴沒有門，洗澡到處都是水，水壓也比較小，還沒腳墊，沒有防滑拖鞋，衹配了一條浴巾3-無線網連不上，電視也看不了4-鏡子是糊的都是水漬，洗手池好幾個毛髮，桌子上也都是灰5-前台拽得很，面無表情，頤指氣使6-環境比較新，用料比較考究，但配套服務和打掃一無是處，作為國際大酒店，需要好好培訓員工

房間做了翻新，房間的環境不錯，安靜。但房間衞生服務還需提高，地上有頭髮和灰塵。早餐的話是在馬路對面的早餐店，味道不錯。
