投訴6.22晚班前台服務人員。態度極差 在酒店陸陸續續住了好幾年了 每次回高郵都是住這家 22號回高郵入住 提前在網上定了兩間房 由於要打牌 網上沒有棋牌房所以跟之前一樣定了個大床 去前台補差價 去辦入住首先前台沒有人 喊了好幾次才出來 然後我正常辦入住 期間並沒有對前台態度不好和語氣不好 按照正常入住流程 家裡人説一間房補差價換打牌房 前台一聽這話就開始莫名其妙發脾氣 説話沖的不得了 説為什麼要在網上定 為什麼不來前台定 意思就是我來補差價換房間要讓他多做一個訂單 第一你網上沒有棋牌房 我怎麼定？第二：我到的晚 我提前網上預訂有錯嗎？第三這是你的工作 多做一個訂單你會缺塊肉嗎？對於客人這麼小的訴求 你就要發脾氣嗎？並且我沒有説不給錢或者是討價還價 講的明明白白該給多少錢給多少錢 為什麼要跟腦子犯病一樣莫名其妙的沖人呢？還一直説告訴過我們不要從網上訂直接來前台定 我跟我家裡人從來沒聽你這麼告訴我們過 你説你告知過我們 麻煩你拿出證據來 文字記錄或前台對話監控 當天晚上態度極其惡劣 當著那麼多人面發脾氣 這就是一個服務行業該有的工作態度嗎？有這樣的員工 也是你們酒店的不幸！差到極點！建議酒店領導或老闆調下當晚前台監控 看看你們員工對客人是一副怎樣的嘴臉！

位置給力，門口大馬路交通很方便，靠近商場購物中心很便利。環境不錯還可以。前台服務員情緒待崗，沒有服務意識沒有問候，在玩手機耽誤她一樣，房間還可以乾淨衞生整潔。客房阿姨很贊！打掃的乾淨整潔。
