有窗户，但是釘死了不能開，可能因為室外是個放了設備的平台。
設施：整體看起來都挺新的。不過房間一開門就是廁所的氣味，開了排風才行。家人説可能是地漏系統做的不好。

地點便利，就在大馬路邊上，但衛生條件差，有小強⋯⋯房間安排差，訂的2間大雙床房，分在一個頭一個尾，佈局不行，跟家人出遊不便！充電插頭很小，另外配的要收費，不會再考慮

定的是家庭套房 三張1.8的床 但是我們去到那裡之後竟然開的是一張大床 兩張1.6的小床 後面去找她才説是沒有那個房型了 我説那你們的問題怎麼解決呢 可以補差價嗎？她就説沒辦法補差價 要是不能接受就換其他酒店吧 當時我們所有的行李都搬上去了 而且時間那麼晚還帶着小孩子怎麼可能又去找其他酒店 後面一直説説説 説了半天才同意給我們加一間單人房 以為問題就解決了沒想到第二晚一開空調那個電閘開關就會自動跳閘 後面又收拾所有的行李換了一間房 實在是太麻煩了 要是把這些服務設施完善下就更好了

我入住了一家位於市中心的酒店，它讓我深刻體驗到了身處城市中心的便利與舒適。酒店坐落於高州城區桂園路，距離潘洲廣場非常接近，交通都十分方便。入住的第一天，我剛抵達酒店，便被那典雅大方的裝潢吸引。辦理入住手續時，前台的服務員更是熱情周到，我的房間位於酒店的三樓，一走進房間，便被那寬敞明亮的格局吸引。房間的佈置簡約而不失格調，酒店的服務更是令人印象深刻，有一次，我不慎將一份重要的文件遺忘在房間裏，客房服務人員及時出現，幫助我解決了問題 ，被這種服務深深感動，我毫不猶豫地向每一位旅者推薦鴻福酒店。

欺騙消費者，訂的豪華雙床房，標明有窗，前台給的房間是無窗的封閉壓抑，並且登記時前台沒有告知，下去問説沒有了，一副你吵到我睡覺的樣子，滿臉不耐，然後我取消改成了豪華大床房，結果窗户是打不開的！！！
