定的是高級大床房，前台小姐姐幫我升級成了商務大床房～她説空間會大很多，環境很好，特別感謝～在二樓左轉有自助洗衣機＋烘乾機p6和健身房p5免費使用的還有餐廳也在二樓，點的外賣呢是小管家機器人送到房間門口的特招人喜歡的小機器人p2p3，房間空調呢少許噪音有點大了，鏡子會發光，化粧方便，還有八瓶水，有個小冰箱裝着六瓶冰的桌子上有倆不冰的都可以喝，還有一個小茶几＋茶葉。電視機很大看電視看電影都可以，觀感超好！體驗感好。

住在一個當地比較中心的商場樓上，很熱鬧，晚上11點後商場關門就沒有那麼吵不會影響休息。
高州也不算是一個旅遊城市，酒店離到處都很近吧，還挺適合閑逛的一個城市。

中午到酒店辦理入先給我的1401房，裝修非標，空間狹小有點感覺被欺詐了，後面我量了尺寸確實也不夠，後面我跟前台説了就給我換到了1405房勉強接受，也確認了就這個房間，因為當時工作之需開會我就要離開酒店了；客房姐姐幫我放了取電卡在裏面，我就説房卡就等我入住時在前台拿，走之前我還特意把房卡取出放在台盆給酒店省點電費，下樓後出門開車大門又開不了來來回回倒車三回；工作人員説幫我開門出去又等個5分鐘左右，其實都沒有什麼，大夏天來來回回心情特別不爽，因為工作性質特殊開會應酬回來已經凌晨12了，我説我是1405的客人報名字；掃個人碼怎樣都查不到我的訊息，我感覺好奇怪，我又重新拿了我的攜程訂單出來，它應該是重新給我辦理了入住搞了很久。上去之後我開門才發現我這個房間並不是我中午訂的1405房；（因為裏面裝修相差很大才反應過來他給我的是1415房）心情就特別不爽了，我就和攜程平台暫且説明瞭情況，因為很晚了我就不想因為這件事影響到我休息和第二天的工作狀態，當晚我還是和前台説明瞭一下情況為什麼我訂單的房間，前台回覆説我查一下，然後更氣人的事情又來了，洗完澡特別困，因為大屏電視機剛好在床對面，打電話給前台它教我怎麼關電視（我拍有視頻為證），怎麼都關不掉；他説他叫人來關，我拿枕頭蓋着頭都睡過去了，翻身時候又被電視的強烈光線給弄醒了，又打了電話給前台怎麼還沒有來關掉，等到關電視差不多去到凌晨兩點鐘，真的是頂不住沒試過酒店這麼拖拉處理事情的，而酒店方至今一點反饋都沒有，至此才正式休息！早上起來窗簾遮光也不夠好，又早醒了。哎😑全季按道理來説也沒有這麼差勁掉檔次啊，心累。乃至於我投訴到攜程平台兩天了，還是攜程平台催促酒店才給我打過一次電話，並沒有説什麼道歉自身問題等等，
第二天早上還有兩個很明顯被蚊子叮咬的兩個紅腫疙瘩，特此還投訴消費熱線12315訴求，酒店單方面違約在先，走正常的法律法規賠付程序/酒店書面道歉+賠償問題+給我確認辦理入住工作人致歉及賠償！
總結：
1酒店方過時單方違約，取消當事人合法權益，根據消費者權益法退一賠三，外加500精神損失費。
2酒店環境衞生不達標進行整改，服務差，慢、拖把客人的訴求隨意糖塞過去！我在酒店應該打了有3個電話給前台訴求至今沒有得到整個事情的任何前因後果的回覆。
暫時寫到這裏還有很多等酒店方表態再爆！
