Hotels with Breakfast in Gap

Very good hotel, very welcoming staff. The room corresponds to our expectations. Breakfast served at 6 a.m. even on weekends, with a choice to start the day off right. If I come back to gap, I will stay at this hotel. Small downside, some customers who make noise in the corridors late at night. But the hotel is for nothing if the customers do not know how to respect others. Thank you to all the staff.

Je séjourne en couple dans cet hôtel régulièrement une à deux fois par ans depuis cinq ans, de une à quatre nuits. J’y reviens par commodité (famille demeurant à proximité), pour son cadre (jardin agréable pour le petit-déjeuner tout à fait correct), son parking et surtout l’amabilité du personnel. A l’inverse, quasiment chaque fois, nous rencontrons des désagréments , mineurs il est vrai mais qui viennent contrebalancer les poins positifs : tapisseries décollées ou déchirées, moquettes tachées, penderie sans porte ou armoire sans clé, bas de porte écaillés, chauffage hors d’usage (nous venons aussi en hiver), robinetterie hors d’âge (dernièrement le flexible de douche déjà délabré nous est resté à la main alors que cela était largement visible lors du ménage précédant notre arrivée), fenêtres et appuis de fenêtres douteux etc… Ce qui est navrant c’est que les remarques faites, jusqu’à présent verbalement et aimablement, restent lettre morte. Certaines solutions peuvent être trouvées sur le moment (changement de chambre par exemple), mais cela ne règle pas le problème d’ensemble. C’est à se demander si cet hôtel n’est pas en sursis, à en juger d’après un panneau prévoyant à proximité un programme immobilier, depuis assez longtemps. Nous reviendrons en raison des points positifs évoqués plus haut, mais j’imagine mal conseiller votre hôtel à des amis plus exigeants que moi. Si vous voulez prendre contact, je vous précise que j’ai séjourné chez vous du 22 au 26 août dans les chambres 54 et 30. Un effort de votre part serait apprécié. Cordialement

We stayed for two nights, and were impressed by the size of our room and more, yhe quality of the food in the restaurant. Both nights we ate in, the menu was slightly different on each evening and the food was exceptionally good. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Bon accueil, le personnel est sympathique et de bonne humeur. Je viens à cet hôtel de gap chaque année pour le rallye et j ai jamais été déçu pour l accueil. L hôtel en lui même est en plutôt bon état. Juste la TV que je n' ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner mais c est n était pas important. Rdv l année prochaine.
