The hotel has a great location, just 5 min by car to Gap center, was easy to find a free parking place, the advice of Philipe from reception was very handy. Also a good advice about restaurants ! The service and staff attitude was just great, thanks a lot!

Points Forts : La literie, le petit déjeuner, l'accueil Points Faibles : l'absence de climatisation (précisé nulle part lors de la réservation); la ventilation défaillante de la salle de bain : forte odeur tenace d'humidité, le lit fait à la va vite lors de la deuxième journée (voir photo); l'hygiène douteuse : présence de cheveux à notre arrivée sur la baignoire et toujours présents lors de notre deuxième journée; les niches des chevets remplies de poussière; la moquette pas aspirée dans les coins et derrière la porte : Bref pas du tout au niveau de ce que l'on peut attendre d'un 3 étoiles et d'un hôtel tout court pour l'hygiène.

Chambre confortable salle de bain très propre avec baignoire plateau de courtoisie avec thés café super.Lhotel n'est pas en centre ville mais bien placé. le petit déjeuner et d'un très bon rapport qualité prix le personnel disponible et attentif je recommande

Chambre très propre literie très agréable nous avons passé 2 nuits plus que très bien. L'hôtel et calme ,le petit déjeuner en vaut la peine pour le prix varié sucré, salé, corbeille de fruits je conseille vivement. le point fort de cette hôtel et aussi et très important l'accueil,le personnel et au petit soin nous nous somme sentis comme a la maison

Hôtel bien situé proche du centre ville. L’accueil est agréable. L’hôtel est propre et le chambres sont spacieuse. La literie est bien. Dommage il n’y a pas de climatisation, uniquement des ventilateurs bruyants et pas forcément très efficace lors de forte chaleur. Le wifi est nul.

Hôtel bien situé, très propre, à la déco minimaliste. Très bonne literie. Excellent rapport qualité /prix. Accueil et service du personnel au top. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les doubles oreillers, le jus d’orange fraîchement pressé, le restaurant Bistrok, la souche d’arbre servant de séparation dans l’entrée. Nous recommandons cet établissement.

Literie pas bonne et occultée par Surmatelas pas bon Mur baignoire avec un gros “mollard” bien sec Déco belle Accueil chaleureux Calme Resto à côté parfait Bel établissement malgré ces désagréments pas dignes d un logis de France
