Used this Ibis hotel as an overnight stop on our way back to England. Arrived at the hotel just after 10.00pm so we used the self check-in terminal. Room was clean and functional. As with all Ibis budget hotels there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room though there are vending machines available. No lifts so that could be a problem for some. Free parking available both out front and at the back. Continental breakfast can be booked or paid on the day at €11.50. Staff very friendly and helpful. Handy for our purpose and would certainly use it again.

We wanted a hotel by the autobahn and this filled the need nicely. It's a great price but we arrived late and had big problems with the self check-in that was quite stressful and didn't know how to get help. Thankfully, we got into our room eventually. The next morning the staff were quite rude about a few things outside of my control and it left quite a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't go back

stayed in this hotel due to loacation. close to highway, easy access to and from the hotel. stayed before the pandemic here, nothing change since then, nice room, clean, enough for one night. breakfast was quite good.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening with 3 children, two of them with asthma. Despite the ban on smoking in the entire hotel, the smell of cigarette smoke is impossible. Breakfast in the morning is a nightmare. Dirty glasses. In the restaurant you are watched by a lady at the reception and a very unpleasant man who watches my table and makes comments in German. When I left the restaurant, I tried to put the medicines I gave to the children in my backpack. At that moment, the gentleman from security (?) sitting and watching, jumped up and started pointing something at me with his fingers and speaking in German. It turned out that my 5-year-old child was holding a half-eaten Nutella sandwich and wanted to leave the restaurant outside. The lady from the reception explained the behavior of her colleague with the rules. Unfortunately, because of a half-eaten sandwich, for which I paid, by the way, my child cried and was traumatized. I will never go back there and I will try to let everyone know the opinions about this hotel. Very surprising how you can be treated for your own money. I find this behavior extremely rude and against the rights of children and consumers.

The location of the hotel is good: it is close to the highway, easy to access with free and closed parking. The price is a strong point too. And I appreciate finding the standards of Ibis Budget. The problem here comes from the reception. The first time I came I had to deal with a lady whom I had not found sympathetic. The second time I came (and the last) it was also this lady I dealt with. I had a problem that was completely out of my control and she was particularly annoyed. She still tried to fix the problem on her own, but grumbled. (she fixed it) A couple showed up and had the same problem (outside their control), and there was a mini-clash. Hello vibe... Every time I came in and out she was just outside the building, by the door, smoking, with other people. Which gave me the impression that she was watching the comings and goings. This is the first time I have found such a bizarre atmosphere in a hotel. And clearly, although everything else is satisfactory, I will not return here, because of this special welcome. I may have been unlucky during my two visits, but personally it's the first time that twice I find a rather curious atmosphere in the same hotel, so I don't want to find it again third time. Besides, shortly after I went back to Hanover and I took care to choose a hotel other than this Ibis Budget. Shame.

Small and not very clean rooms, no lift, very limited breakfast. Nice, hot water from the showers. I would not stay here again, some of my colleagues also found the room smelled like smoke or with sheets not washing well. I do not recommend it for the service offered does not seem in line with ibis standards.
