房間隔了半截牆放張寫字枱就叫套房，我們忘記帶牙刷和酒店溝通盡然回覆不提供牙刷，性價比不高，沒有湖景，沖涼房下水堵塞沖多一會水就會滿到外面了，而且我們的退房時間是早上10點，很不合理。我們的女兒來酒店看望我們被攔住不讓進門，説酒店規定外人不讓進。荒唐之極！停車場車位沒幾個位而且非常糟糕沒有相當車技的人是非常難停進去的，前台説他們自己的老闆開車在這裏一年也刮三次 ，難以接受這樣的酒店配套和服務管理也能賣到近2600元/晚！

This hotel was perfect for a stay in Garda . Very friendly staff and helpful with anything you would like to know about the area. Bedrooms were perfect with plenty of storage and lovely bathroom . Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Had breakfast every morning , good choice and lovely restaurant. Can not fault this hotel for its position and service. We will be back.

Top class hotel gave us all we wanted and more. EXCEEDED expectation. Amazing staff, great service, hotel very clean and welcoming throughout, roof pool easily accessed by lift/stairs a delight to swim in with outstanding views of the lake. Great choice of very good food. A relaxing stay offered us all we wanted. The Mozzarella di Bufala served in the pool bar absolutely exquisite. First class VFM

Excellent hotel, situated within easy walking distance to the promenade and ferry terminal. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Great food, beautiful swimming pool.

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to the centre of Garda. The cleanliness throughout the hotel including the rooms was exceptional. Beds were comfortable and towels and bed linen changed frequently. The views from the rooftop pool and bar are spectacular! The breakfast had enough choice for us, although we found the hot options a little disappointing. We were half board and this is the only reason I have given 4 and not 5 rating. There was no real issues with the food it was ok, but we disliked having to choose our 3 courses at breakfast for that evening (choice of 3 starters, 3 mains and 2 desserts). As a small hotel I do understand why this works for them. I was also a little amused each time the main came with 3 or 4 small bits of potato and 1 floret of broccoli, I certainly wasn’t going to get my 5 a day! On a positive note we found all the staff very friendly, polite and helpful with any requests we had, they are a credit to the hotel!

Can't fault this hotel one bit. Its location was perfect in the centre of Garda, no more than 5mins walk to everything you'll need from ferry's to food, shops to strolls. Hotel was spotlessly clean and well kept, quiet with a great restaurant and bar area, not to mention the superb roof top heated pool. The staff were fantastic, all helpful and attentive with a real friendliness in attitude. Thanks to all Stuart & Lisa
