Beautiful vacation home sits above the 4th Tee at Bear Lake Golf Course.
Great place for large groups and/or reunions. 360 degree views, see the golf course and mountains from the full length deck, where the gas BBQ grill is located, or view beautiful Bear Lake from the front porch and upper deck. Several rooms have direct access to the decks which provide great views and fresh air.
**Access to Ideal Beach is included with the rental. This includes access to the beach, swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, playground, etc.
Includes two kayaks, paddle board, and a tandem bike for your use.
Fully-equipped kitchen with an inductive stove. New kitchenette add downstairs in 2023.
Spacious dining area with tables and bar for seating large groups. Open area living room on the main with gas fireplace and full length deck that overlooks the golf course. Downstairs features a family room with wood stove and a huge garage and storage area.
The spacious layout allows for large groups to spread out and have some privacy when desired, while the family rooms, dining area, and loft offer space to gather together for eating, games, etc. The firepit to the north and the large grass area to the south are great for family/group gatherings and games as well. For returning guests this is a change, we have purchased the lot to the north making the firepit available. The lot can also be used for parking.
Three new decks and remodelled front porch in 2023 with fabulous views in all directions.
There is a ping-pong table in the garage and a double shot basketball game. Lawn games, fishing gear, golf clubs, beach chairs, and more available in the garage.
Winter wonderland! Fantastic sledding hill out the back door. Snowmobile right from the house with quick access to the sinks area snowmobile trail system. Family and frieds get together
Awesome location, enjoyed the patio in the morning watching golfers tee off, close to the marina when we took the boat out, and just far enough out of the busy town when we wanted to relax in the evenings.

Family reunion perfection
The property was perfect. Lots of beds, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the access to Ideal Beach and the use of the outdoor games and kayaks.

Such a pretty location with a beautiful view of the golf course. Ample seating for meals with a crowd and plenty of room for meal prep. Loved the large back porch and family room. And Ideal Beach resort was a wonderful place for all of us to gather and everyone could do their own thing throughout the day

Nothing could’ve been better!
We had a wonderful stay! It was an easy process from the check-in to the check-out. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. We made great memories as a family!

Wonderful Property For Families

Beautiful place, everything you could need.
It was such a lovely place. comfortable, well-stocked with bedding, kitchen needs, etc. Lots of room for our large group to cook, play, eat, sleep. Beautiful scenery.

Fantastic house with views
We had a family reunion here and it was such a great house. The views were beautiful and it was in a great location. Loved the well stocked kitchen which was super helpful for the crowd we were feeding. The porch out back was a favorite place for everyone to eat and visit with the beautiful view.
Lots of games available for our use as well. Very helpful owners who responded quickly to our needs. Highly recommend!

Family Reunion
We had 25 people of all ages for a week long family reunion, and we all loved it! Plenty of spaces for each individual family to sleep, lots of seating for eating meals and hanging out, beautiful views of the lake and golf course from the deck and large windows, and a convenient location. There were lots of games and activities to keep the kids entertained, and the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The extra fridge in the garage was helpful, the passes to Ideal Beach were a great bonus, and there was plenty of parking. We enjoyed the fire pit and the bbq. The host was very responsive. We would stay here again!
