Complimentary check-in package includes daily supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Rental includes all kitchen & bed linens, bath & beach towels, free WIFI, and cable with smart TVs in the living room, front room, and master bedroom, and flat screen TVs in two bedrooms. Parking passes are provided and are to be displayed in your window at all times. There is no assigned or reserved parking. Only one bay may be used per condo. Each bay will hold a maximum of three cars. If you have vehicles in a bay, you may not park in other spaces on Seahorse property. Only gas golf carts are allowed with parking in a specific location. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during peak season. The property will be ready for occupancy at 4:00 pm on the beginning date of the lease and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the ending date of the lease.
