What a fantastic hotel! Every single member of the team is truly amazing and can’t do enough for you. The hotel Spotlessly clean, and situated in the perfect location for catching the water taxi, with a short walk to bars and restaurants. Special shout out to Christina and Simone. Will definitely return very soon.

This is our second visit and this time we brought family and friends with us. We just love it. What makes it really great is the fantastic service from all of the staff but we need to give a special mention to Simona and Christina. They are just so lovely and attentive. They went out of their way to make our stay special. The rooms are spotless and location is brilliant. We love how quiet the resort is.

Have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and it never disapoints, the views from the rooms overlooking the lake are stunning, the hotel staff are very helpful and the owners are brilliant. The boats for travelling on the lake dock a few yards from the hotel and 300 yards along the Promenade is a lido where hotel guests can use the facilities without charge. Perfect location and hard to fault.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. Staff are so welcoming and helping, spotlessly clean everywhere. Rooms offer every comfort, great bed, super soft pillows. Great toiletries, and we really appreciated the bottles of water in our fridge daily, and room care was excellent, out towels were changed even when we didn’t leave them on the floor for replacement! Good air conditioning and tea/coffee making in our room which we really appreciated. Staff were all extremely helpful, and taxi for transfer from Verona, recommended by the hotel was very good and efficient, Guiseppi was very helpful and spoke good English. Nothing we could fault, our eleven nights at this hotel was wonderful, and Gardone is a very peaceful place on the lake, compared with the busier resorts. Hotel is also very close to the ferry which serves most places around the lake. Hotel is very close to the botanical garden Heller, and well placed for a short boat trip excursion to Isola del Garda, which was well worth a visit. Would definitely recommend this hotel, a very well run place, with a fantastic buffet breakfast, and lovely staff.

We stayed a total of 5 nights and had spectacular time. The hotel's location is perfect as a jumping off point for exploring Lake Garda. The mattress is a comfortable memory foam hybrid. The breakfast each morning is among the best I've ever had included in the (very reasonable) price of stay. Every interaction with the Italian and English-speaking staff was warm and helpful. We asked for assistance in renting a Vespa and the staff member called the business for us to verify availability and hours. Our biggest regret is not booking a balcony room- as we were checking out, we could see the view through an open door with a balcony and instantly regretted not making that a priority.
