Enjoy the day as you like, relax on the fully covered balcony (approx. 15 m²), in the background a distant brook noise, looking at the Alpspitze, watching the paragliders swinging down from the corner of the cross and occasionally walking past or beckoning cycling people friendly - priceless.
The spacious living and dining room (approx. 30 m²) with its panoramic window offers an unobstructed view of the Garmisch mountain backdrop from the sofa. Already at breakfast on the cozy corner bench with up to eight seats, let your gaze wander over fields, forests and mountains and enjoy living right on the edge of nature. There is a modern 32 "LCD TV with satellite reception available as well as a small hi-fi system with I-Pod and USB connection. The spacious sofa can be converted into a sofa bed if required and thus offers a bed area of 1.80 mx 2.00 m.
The balcony, which can be accessed directly from the living room, extends almost across the entire width of the house and is equipped with a dining area. Enjoy the mountains from here!
The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m). The mattresses and the bed linen are suitable for allergy sufferers. You can see the Kramer from the master bedroom. The small bedroom is completely in the sloping roof. From here you can already look through the skylight window onto the Wank.
In the modern country house kitchen, in addition to the view of the Wank, you have a fridge with freezer, a stove with an oven function, a dishwasher and full kitchen equipment. Regardless of whether you prefer to enjoy your coffee using a conventional coffee machine, a Bodum coffee maker or a Nespresso, everything has been thought of. Furthermore, everything from raclette, fondue and, of course, baking equipment to waffle irons are available.
The apartment has a main bathroom with a walk-in shower and a guest bathroom. Both are completely new and offer the latest comfort.

Great View in Quiet Area
Overall enjoyed our stay. The large, shared room with a great view of the meadow and mountains is as described as is the corresponding balcony. The Wi-Fi wasn't working during our stay which was disappointing. We had two couples and the beds were comfortable. One bedroom was fine and the other had a significant sloping roof which required crouching to get to the other side of the bed. Need to be nimble or best for kids.

Amazing apartment with Alpine views
This apartment is perfect for a VRBO stay. It’s the top floor (2nd floor) with amazing views. From the balcony, you can see Alpspitze peak. There is a wide open area with several barns scattered around. If you have sharp eyes, you can even see a small waterfall across. The Zugspitzbahn passes right by. If you buy your tickets ahead of time, you can walk to one of the stops.
Grocery stores nearby are 2km away.
The house is well equipped with plates, silverware, pots, pans, full size dishwasher and a small refrigerator. Washer and dryer (an actual dryer machine as opposite to drying rack) are in the basement.
We bought a 3-day pass and went to 3 separate peaks through our 4-night stay. We were sad that we didn’t stay here longer. If I could give them an extra star for being honest/straightforward and not using wide-lens cameras to make the place look bigger, I would. Everything exceeded my expectations!

Pleasant Stay Near Town
We had a nice stay in this top-floor apartment despite some confusion checking in. The email with check-in instructions was in German and went to my spam folder. A quick call to Sven led to him meeting us to let us in the rental. Sven spoke excellent English which made me wonder why all our correspondence was in German and the listing only shows German as the language spoken.
Once we were set up, we found the apartment to be a quiet place that balances city and country. The views over the fields were wonderful and the waterfall flowing down from lake across the valley was soothing.
The building was very quiet and we only encountered one other person who explained the other occupants typically visit on the weekends.
There is parking in a private space and a washer and dryer in the basement.
Getting to town is either a longish walk or an easy drive. The living area is large and perfect for relaxing.
The rental includes Garmisch-Partenkirchen guest cards and had we known, we'd have stopped by before going to the Partnachklamm.
All in all, I'd return to this rental but I would recommend checking your spam email folder a few days from check-in.

Garmisch
Our stay was incredible. The view from the balcony definitely is the highlight. Location is very central to hiking and shopping. Kitchen is well stocked so that we even made cheese fondue one evening for dinner. We were only 2 so ideal.

Beautiful, clean, best vrbo to date!
This property is walkable to town but it’s location in the outskirts is beautiful. The 3rd floor balcony & scenery are just perfect. Owner responded quickly to a question and left guides & helpful info to improve our stay. Loved it!
