The hotel was in a good location with views of the river. The Windows on Tyne bar was good, service was excellent. I needed to ring duty manager twice about some minor glitches and he & she were courteous, helpful and sorted the problems immediately. Checking out was very easy too. In all I would definitely recommend the hotel

I booked this hotel twice by accident because the Trip.com key button did not work. They were very rude and condescending when explaining to me that I needed to go back to the third-party agent. The latter then told me to go back to the hotel and I just went from one side to the other. it was just an accident I don’t know why they were so insistent in not refunding me.

no slippers provided, need to buy by yourself
toothbrush might be provided upon request
air conditioning is not warm enough in cold days
on one day housekeeping did not clean the room.
