Good location, only 10 minutes walking distance from good restaurants. Very nice bed and shower. Good breakfast as well but the gluten-free options were very very limited.

This was a really good hotel very central to Newcastle quayside with great views. This is worth a stay.

Enjoyed the hotel, great location but a little walk from public transport 15 to 30 mins depending. Parking a bit of a challenge for no real reason other than council control to make a profit. Hotel parking good during the day but get there after 4pm and it's a challenge, get there after 6pm and just park on the street outside 6pm to 8am.

Overall good experience, staff were lovely and helpful. However , Breakfast was a bit limited. It was bearable for 2 nights stay, I think I would run mad if my only option of hot food was bacon, egg and sausages for a week.
The runner carpet in the hallways could do with an upgrade.
