Good location, free parking, the first choice for self-driving tour, breakfast is very western, the room is clean, the sound is very good, the reception is also good, not far from the city, the surrounding is slightly deserted.

We enjoyed everything about our stay, king room with incredible view and royal toilet, the aroma restaurant a real delight, clean casino and beautiful atmosphere

A quirky little hotel that is directly on the main drag in Gatineau. The room was a good size, though the tiny bathroom left a lot to be desired; it was old, dated, and so small that the sink was in the main room. The bed, however, was very comfortable and the desk/tv setup was great. Lots of convenient receptacles for plugging in phones and the like. The fridge in the cupboard made that cupboard very hot and I'd imagine those fridges won't last long as burnout must be a thing... Weird, convoluted directions for getting to the hot tub from our room; make sure to leave a trail of breadcrumbs or you may be lost forever. Front desk staff were professional and completely bilingual, which was very much appreciated.

If you have a car, the location is good. It has a bridge view that connects Ottawa and Gatineau, so it's quite good. It seems to be a good place for the price. I like that it's close to the History Museum.

The location of the hotel really has nothing to say, and the price is very affordable. It takes only 10 minutes to drive to Capitol Hill, and there is a free Tesla charging pile 500 meters downstairs. It is enough to stop there to charge up and then walk back to the hotel for 3 minutes. The room is very quiet. It is enough for a simple overnight stay. The floor is not clean enough, and the soles of the feet will be dirty when walking barefoot. The mattress is quite hard, not the kind of Western people who lie down and sink, and it is quite comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast is okay, bread sausage➕eggs, milk coffee➕juice, simple and nutritious, tastes good.

The booked king suit suite, the room size is large, suitable for family travel. Canada does not provide disposable items by default. It is best to bring your own toiletries, especially slippers. There are no disposable slippers here. If you go to the front desk to ask for it, provide recycled foot cover (avoid the floor cold in winter) This is generally only available at 3 pm. It is best to have an ihg member. Otherwise, you can't check in before 3 o'clock and you need to pay 25 CAD separately. When the hotel is busy, the member's late check-out cannot be used. This should be noted. It is recommended to book a room facing the west side, and the sunset is very beautiful in the evening. If you are traveling by car, it is recommended to go to the park by the river, 5 minutes drive, there is a large green area, you can see swarms of wild Canadian geese.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, the surrounding environment is quiet, and when we arrive in Po, it is covered with snow and it is very atmospheric, so I extended my stay again and again, and finally I stayed in the same hotel room for 11 nights. During the outing, you only need to notify the waiter to clean the room, and you will not be harassed the rest of the time. Very comfortable.

we stayed there and went to Spa. The hotel and spa were great. Would be nice if there were closer options for dining outside the hotel, but the on site restaurants are very good.
