The room is using smart technology, touch screen on the light and air conditioning. The shower and toilet is not separated. I have requested changing the room as the booking that I have is equipped for disable person. Staff is very help and friendly when dealing with the request.

Bed in a box!
Easy check in all done through phone with keyless entry. Phone needed to access the room and lift. Small and compact but great to get your head down before an early flight. Good soundproof rooms with comfortable beds. Good shower with over head and detachable head. Towels and hair dryer provided along with two bottles of water. Smart TV, so could sign into my own Netflix. Hot drinks available in the corridor near the lift.
Found bed bug monitors under the bed which were clean 🤩

Stay there because I brought two kids and had a morning flight at 7am.Love the location in the south terminal Gatwick very convenient to have food and check in.I wrongly booked and paid the other room which cannot be refund in trip.com on 2026 one year later, a pretty receptionist told me can help me to refund it. LOVE HER😘

Hotel is right above Gatwick airport. Very convenient location! Hotel is small but sufficient for a short stay.

Basic but had everything we needed for one night prior to early flight next morning. Good selection of refreshments. Towels very fluffy. Old spotlessly clean . pleasantly surprised, no noise from the airport. Had a window in our room and it was fun watching the planes come in 😃. We would use again and would recommend👏
